level 2 food safety course (one day course)

IDEAL FOR CATERING AND FOOD BUSINESSES TO EQUI​p EMpLOYEES WITH ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE

brief

This course can be delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin or English by a tutor with over 15 years experience.

Courses are organised when there is a demand and usually takes place on either a Tuesday or Wednesday once a month.

This syllabus is in accordance to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).

MORE INFORMATION

This course covers topics such as the importance of personal hygiene, safe food storage, handling food allergens, preventing contamination and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas. It is aimed at ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and reducing the risk of foodborne illnesses.

 

Upon completion, participants receive certification demonstrating their competence in maintaining high standards of food safety, crucial for any catering or food-related business.

level 3 food safety course (three day course)

IDEAL FOR CATERING AND FOOD BUSINESSES TO EQUI​p head chefs, chef supervisors, supervisors, managers and food business owners WITH advanced KNOWLEDGE

This course can be delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin or English by a tutor with over 15 years experience.

Courses are organised when there is a demand and usually 1 day a week for 3 weeks.

This syllabus is in accordance to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).

MORE INFORMATION

This course covers advanced topics such as food safety management systems, hazard analysis, risk assessments and effective staff training. participants learn to identify food safety hazards, implement control measures and develop procedures to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses. It also emphasises legal responsbilities, regulatory comlipance and how to handle food safety audits.

 

Upon successful completion and examination, ettendees gain certification that proves their exerpitise in managing food safety, ensuring the highest standards within their business.

level 2 personal license holder course (one day course)

IDEAL FOR individuals looking to obtain a personal license to sell alcohol in england and wales

brief

This course can be delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin or English by a tutor with over 15 years experience.

Courses are organised when there is a demand and usually on a Monday once a month. The examination is in English.

This accredited course is in accordance to the BIIAB.

MORE INFORMATION

This course covers the legal responsbilities and requirements for the sale of alcohol, including the Licensing Act 2003, the role of the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) and how to prevent alcohol-related harm. Participants learn about age verification, responsible alcohol sales and how to handle situations involving intoxicated customers.

 

Upon successful completion and examination, individuals receive certification, allowing them to apply for a personal licence which is essential for any business involved in the sale of alcohol.
